The article focuses on a survey conducted by Development Dimensions International Inc. (DDI) entitled 2008-2009 Global Leadership Forecast in the U.S. and the world. The survey is designed to examine the most effective companies in aligning leadership skills, and evaluates their leadership development program. Survey shows 12% declination of trust among employees on their top organizational leaders. Rich Wellins, DDI senior vice president, suggests that to prevent leadership dissatisfaction, organization should listen to their leaders and develop effective leadership development investments.
