You might have already risen and shone this morning, but it's likely that at least one of your colleagues hasn't even gotten out of bed yet. One in four workers shows up late to work at least once a month, and 16 percent arrive late at least once a week. That's according to a recent CareerBuilder and Harris Poll study of 2,605 hiring and HR managers and 3,411 employees from across the United States.
