Time to Hit the Books

During the past five years, nearly a third of employers have increased the amount of education they're looking for in new hires. That's according to a new CareerBuilder survey, which found that 32 percent of 2,300 private sector employers are hiring employees with master's degrees to positions historically held by those with four-year degrees.
