Tomorrow’s Leaders Build Their Emotional Intelligence Today

When leaders of the Coca-Cola system created the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation in 1986, I wonder what they thought the foundation would look like after 27 classes, 5,600 alumni, and $56 million in scholarships. I think that they would be pleased with the development of our scholarship and leadership program.
