Employers in the United States and across the globe are having a difficult time filling positions, reports the Manpower Group in its recent study. Forty percent of employers globally are at a loss for choice candidates, the greatest number since 2007. And in the United States, the challenge is even greater: Forty-six percent are having difficulty securing the right talent.
