The article focuses on the development and usefulness of performance support (PS) strategies and tools for the improvement of occupational training practice in the U.S. PS is developed to offer potential people with the right information at the right time. It is designed to provide effective information which enhances human resources policy to keep effective training program and evaluate employee performance. The primary focused of PS includes efficient maintenance strategy, acquisition deployment and notifications. It illustrates that the evolution of PS strategies and tools allow the training programs become more powerful and effective.
