Training Solution For Engineering Shortage

TlIE SHOE was on the other foot last month as college professors accused businessmen of taking an "academic approach to the current engineering per-sonnel problem. The professors called for a "now" ap-proach to the problem which would use the materials now at hand—the person-nel available now and the training facil-ities now in operation—in an attack 011 the shortage of engineering personnel.
