With the increased emphasis by both state and Federal agencies for the train-ing and employment of the handicapped, the training director finds himself in a quandry as to the amount of emphasis he in turn wants to place on this phase of his training program. Training the handicapped can prove to be one of the most rewarding facets of the training program—not only as a humanitarian aspect, but also paying dividends in good community relations and financial returns to the company.
