The article focuses on the train-the-trainer program which is based on integrated training approach of the U.S. Navy. It highlights on strategies on how to be an effective trainer particularly in giving training instructions presentation and on assessing the learning stages of the trainee. Training strategies include assessing the experience and knowledge of trainees, instructional design which patterned on the learning needs, formulating lessons which is based on the objectives, and amenities such proper introductions each other and the subject. Most importantly during training session is the delivery of the lesson, good presentations and establishing the good relationship with the learners.
