Skepticism and lack of trust abound in our culture (often for good reason). Many leaders of organizations have proved themselves untrustworthy, letting down their employees and the public. Frequently, trust is an issue in the workplace among co-workers and especially between employees and leadership. Often we hear, "I don't trust him," "They aren't trustworthy," and "You can't trust management."
