Keeping teams focused on objectives is essential to organizational success. When managers blend this ability with talented employees, they will nearly always figure out how to achieve their goals. Thus, effectively communicating business objectives to the rest of your staff is one of their primary roles. It is ironic, then, that according to a 2016 survey from Right Management Consultants, about two-thirds of workers do not know or understand their employer's business strategy. And if we don't communicate our strategies, how likely is it that we communicate objectives?
