The article offers information on the common blind spots in a work environment. They included misuse of strengths, old habits, expression of stress, misreading people and failure to communicate. Many people use a strength too little or too much. For instance, they entertain or perform often but are not disciplined enough in their communications. Old habits are when they rely on old behavior that made them successful in the past but is no longer effective. Expression of stress is when a behavior often affects others when they are under stress. Misreading people refer to the ignoring of nonverbal cues that they give and receive.
