The article discusses the result of the survey regarding the implementation of tuition reimbursement from the U.S. employers who do not reimburse staff even if the course is tied directly to their basic job functions. The survey was conducted by Robert Half Finance &Accounting to the wide range of employers with more than 100 staff members and lower. The result suggests that 50 percent of the respondent said they do not provide employee reimbursement and 29 percent said they provide full compensation.
