Where will the next generation of leaders come from? That seems to be a burning question for many HR professionals around the globe. A recent study from Saba and WorkplaceTrends.com reports that 59 percent of those polled agree that succession planning is more challenging in today's business climate, and that 30 percent of HR leaders are struggling to find candidates to fill senior leadership slots.
