According to a recent survey that Ipsos conducted on behalf of Axonify, training should be easy to complete/understand (93 percent), personalized and relevant (91 percent), and engaging and fun (90 percent). Following those reasons comes accessibility anytime, anywhere (89 percent) and having the opportunity to apply the training on the job (88 percent).
