The article reports on the results of the survey concerning the decision of new college graduates to look for a paycheck and health insurance benefits in searching a job in the U.S. The survey, conducted by Right Management, found 38% of respondents believe that one of the key motivators when considering employment was appreciation of work-life balance. It also reveals 61% of college graduates who plan to stay at their first job three years or less.
