Work Where You Want

Our grandparents might be surprised to hear it, but nine out of 10 full-time U.S. employees recently polled said that their boss trusts them to get their job done, even if they're not in the office. Of course, generations in the past could only imagine work schedules that were built around other areas of life, such as healthcare appointments and soccer games. And those who grew up a mere 30 years ago wouldn't dream that we'd be held captive by a phone that fits in our hand, and that lets us communicate by typing a message.
