We need to learn from different disciplines and bring the design thinking approach to our programs, after all, it is all about the learner. In this session, you will learn about a collaborative tool---the Trahentem methodology---which puts theory into practice while driving a human-centered design process. Trahentem is a tool that accelerates the process of diagnosis, selection of content, and creation of learning experiences focused on how people learn and perform their jobs. The speaker will show you what it is, what it is used for, and how to use it. You'll come away with handouts describing the three Canvas models utilized by the tool, as well as a set of instructions so you can design your own training session.
