This session is for those working with leaders at all levels, regardless of industry, looking to develop them as coaches in service of not only the leaders' growth and development in agility and change management, but also of the development of their people. Learn how to leverage coaching as a tool for organizational change, leadership development, and greater innovation while leaving the session with concrete actions you can take with tools to implement. No prerequisite required, although some baseline knowledge of coaching will be helpful.
