Elements of Immersive Learning

Learn by being there---that is the promise of immersive learning. Virtual reality, augmented reality, and related technologies offer you powerful new tools, but they also set new traps. This new learning medium requires new development, deployment, and design. Immersive learning is a complex landscape with many overlapping features. Different platforms present different features. Which one is the best fit for your learning challenges, your learning environment, and your development resources? Together we will survey this new terrain feature by feature as you can follow along on your own device.
