This session explores the daily role that supervisors/managers play in their direct reports’ careers—which impacts the success of the entire organization. Participants will learn a simple model for assessing performance that can be used with any appraisal tool (or no tool at all). Further, participants will examine strategies for inspiring and motivating enhanced performance.
