Enriching Your Structured On-the-Job Training: A Deeper Dive Into Learning While Working

While structured on-the-job training is a best practice approach for experiential learning, those implementing it may face organizational, logistical, or virtual workforce challenges. This session will support those actively launching or maintain an SOJT program.
