The challenge to deliver good quality training to an increasingly geographically dispersed workforce is growing. At the same time, training departments are being asked to do more with less, so purchasing off-the-shelf programs, making training virtual, and asking employees to learn on the job are appealing options. But how do you know if the training is working? In this session you will learn specific questions to ask and considerations to make when selecting or building any type of training. Tactics for building an effective Four Levels training evaluation plan will also be shared. A job aid will be provided for on-the-job application of what is learned.
