Proving the Value of Soft Skills

Soft skills programs should and can deliver results. This session will provide useful, practical tools to help you show the value of soft skills programs. Presented in an easy-to-understand format, this session will provide case study examples to show how to measure and evaluate soft skills programs and initiatives.
