Last year, one international human relief and development consortium discovered that nonfinancial managers who work in remote or developing areas of the global south were often being asked to prepare budgets, manage accounts, interpret financial data, and handle other related tasks --- all without training or support. That led them to develop a certification program and toolkit of educational resources focused on basic financial management. While face-to-face training and certification test preparation are important pieces of the program, mobile-first training is essential for reaching nonfinancial managers. In this session, you'll walk through how this organization built multidevice training for a global workforce. This session was recorded at the ATD 2018 TechKnowledge conference in San Jose, California.
