Recently, ATD's research team identified five core sets of skills related to managerial success. Interestingly, learning how to communicate authentic appreciation to team members directly contributes to the development of four of those areas: collaboration, engagement, and listening and assessing. In this webcast, you’ll learn about the Appreciation at Work training model. Managers (and all employees) have limited time, energy, and mental bandwidth, so the model and resources have been designed to be learned quickly, remembered easily, and applied practically within the context of a busy work schedule.
