Unfortunately, e-learning is still thought of as a get-it-out-there delivery method that is best suited to training you can export from PowerPoint, upload to a learning management system, and roll-up participation to say you did. How can instructional designers create better, more creative programs with little development time? In this session, you'll learn powerful methods to engage learners through narrative, scenarios, and stories to make the training more relatable to learners. Stories and narrative give adult learners that crucial window into how the content is relevant to them, making them invested in the material. It's time to take e-learning to a new level of ROI and results through the incorporation of better content. This session was recorded at the ATD 2018 TechKnowledge conference in San Jose, California.
