      Joe Willmore presented his session Taking a Performance Approach to Your Work Regardless of Your Role at ATD 2017. There is more pressure to show results and demonstrate effectiveness for everyone in the workplace learning field. How can you take more of a performance focus if you are limited in what you can do or in the range of solutions you can provide? In this session, you will see how a range of roles, which can be very narrow or are not traditionally considered performance consulting roles, can take more of a performance function.

      Joe Willmore

      Joe Willmore is president of the Willmore Consulting Group, a performance consulting firm located near Washington, D.C. He has more than 35 years of consulting experience with a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Intelsat, Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Navy, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the Smithsonian Institution. He has served on ATD’s board of directors and held other leadership positions within ATD and other professional societies.
