There are six forces of change that affect financial services: customers/clients, competition, technology, leadership, government/regulations, and employees. Prioritizing which forces of change to focus on requires an intentional approach to cost-benefit analysis and strategic alignment. In this webcast, we will consider the six areas of change origination and how to determine what responses to implement or to abandon.
