What would it mean to your success to have the ability to influence win/win outcomes? What would your business relationships look like? Everyone is capable of these skills, but not everyone learns them. Join this session to learn how to identify the underlying interests and common ground of another party, leading to more successful outcomes. By identifying underlying interests and common ground of all parties you will effectively manage differing views and expectations of project stakeholders and maintain productive relationships while achieving necessary results. By the end of this session, you will understand the difference between the long-term, short-term, tangible, and intangible interests of all parties involved, and how to use these interests to identify a common ground.
