The term micromanage is so commonplace now that in an effort to avoid one pitfall, managers have created another: undermanagement. In this session, discover how to recognize undermanagement and its related costs, spot common mistakes made by managers, and identify techniques that can immediately be put into practice to become the strong manager that their employees need. Specific areas of management (such as employee direction, monitoring and measurement, and correction) will be discussed.
