Content will always be king, but trainers and facilitators need to engage with learners in ways that go far beyond standing in front of a room reciting content. Activities in training are important, but are useless if they don't serve a purpose. In this session, you'll experience how important it is to have good activities, work collaboratively to balance activities with content, and leave understanding how to pick activities that serve training goals.
