Toolbox Tip: Improve Your Memory Recall with Instructional Origami

With all of the modern tools, templates and technology available to aid learning, sometimes it's more helpful to take a step back and use something simpler. In this Toolbox Tip video, Katrina Kennedy shows us how to make and use an “instructional origami” sheet. This technique can be used for both in-person and virtual training sessions.

Katrina walks through the steps to setting up the origami and explains the importance of each step along the way. The goal of instructional origami is to help learners make sense of complex topics and processes. This tool will aid long-term memory and recall abilities.
