Bianca leads the development and execution of strategies that strengthen ATD’s chapter network and enhance the experience of volunteer chapter leaders. She oversees key programs, resources, and initiatives that support chapter operations, leadership development, and community engagement, ensuring alignment with ATD’s broader goals. Bianca also serves as the primary staff lead for the National Advisors for Chapters (NAC), guiding their work, supporting their effectiveness, and fostering strong connections between ATD and its local chapters.
