This program is for individuals who want to develop successful coaching skills and competencies for use with individuals, teams, or an entire organization. Practitioners new to coaching or those who want to enhance and validate their current coaching skill set will benefit most from attending this program. Whether you are an internal coach (or talent development professional), an external coach, or a manager wishing to work with their teams more effectively, this program is for you.
"My favorite takeaways from the program were the overview of the coaching process and the tips and tools shared by the trainer. This is a good, comprehensive program for those who are coaches or learning to be coaches who don't have the time or money for a full coaching certificate from CTI."
"This program provided me with all the necessary information to begin development of a coaching program within my own organization, and the interaction and information from fellow coaches was invaluable."

"This program reinforced the positive, actionable, and future outcomes that are the goals of coaching. The dialogue tools were definitely worth learning and practicing—they gave me new insights into initiating productive conversations with peers and management while avoiding common pitfalls. I walked away with a very thorough understanding of coaching, and how to implement it effectively."
