Program Check-In Process 

A certificate program badge is required for participation in your pre-conference certificate program.  

Prior attending your certificate program, please visit the Registration area on level one in Lobby A to print your badge. 

If you are also attending the ATD International Conference & Exposition, you will receive two printed badges. Your certificate program badge will not grant you access to ATD24.  

Conference bags are provided to conference attendees and can be picked up on Saturday, May 18, after 12 p.m. local time.  

Certificate program registration will open at 7:30 a.m. local time. Your certificate program will begin at 8:30 a.m. local time. Please plan to arrive at your certificate program room at least 30 minutes early to ensure your program can start on time.  

 

Lunch 

Lunch will be provided each day of the program in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom on the second level. Limited gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available.   
 

Tips 

Dress comfortably and remember to bring layers. Conference center room temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day. 

 

Keep in mind that the preconference certificate program ends at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 18. It’s important to plan your travel accordingly. We would like you to receive the full benefits of the program, and shortening the last day can diminish the learning experience.
