Mark Durgee has been working in the field of training and performance for over 10 years.  After graduating with a BA in Sociology from Clark University, he began his career in healthcare and disability consulting in the Washington, DC area.  A move to Chicago brought opportunities in the hospitality and proprietary higher education industries.   After several years as a sales director with over 60 direct reports, he decided to build on his performance-based training and coaching skills by completing his MA in Human Performance Improvement at Roosevelt University- one of the first graduate programs in the country mapped to the ATD Competency Model.   He has since completed successful training and performance engagements with clients worldwide, authored articles for industry publications, and presented at professional development events including the ATD International Conference and Expo.   Mark has led over a thousand hours of virtual instructor-led training (VILT) in platforms like Moodle, Adobe Connect and WebEx- just to name a few.  His passion lies in leveraging technology that enables individuals to excel in their roles and contribute to their organization's achievements.  Mark currently lives in Mexico City, Mexico and enjoys working with professionals from all corners of the globe.

As Chief Knowledge Officer at Allen Interactions, a nationally recognized company dedicated to creating the world's best custom e-learning applications, Ethan is responsible for internal and external training and communication regarding Allen Interactions' unique perspective on designing and developing meaningful and memorable e-learning programs. While focused primarily on corporate training, Ethan has comprehensive experience with education and government institutions, having worked extensively in libraries and schools as a full-time consultant with the Lincoln Trail Libraries System in Champaign, Illinois. Gail Heidenhain, president of Delphin and board chair of the International Association for Accelerated Learning Practitioners (IAALP), the professional organization for accelerated learning, has been consulting with organizations around the world to design and implement strategies that enhance and accelerate the learning process. Her focus has been on the people side of the business—developing effective global leaders, high performing teams, and the intercultural competency and personal effectiveness to help companies thrive in the global marketplace. Gail has also trained and certified over two thousand facilitators in accelerated learning globally since 1985. She co-developed the highly successful accelerated learning design technology employed throughout much of Europe to design and facilitate learning in a variety of contexts and organizations. She spearheaded the DGSL (German Society of Accelerated Learning) three tier certification program that was implemented in 1991. She was the expert adviser in the development of a research project to test the effectiveness of accelerated learning at the University of Munich in 1992 that was sponsored by Siemens. Dr. Cindy L. Hill has served as an industrial/organizational psychologist for ACT's Professional Development Services area since 1996. During Dr. Hill's career, she has provided research services supporting a wide variety of assessment development and implementation projects for clients that include licensing and certifying organizations and major corporations. She also has consulted with major U.S. companies to develop and improve their personnel selection systems, develop and evaluate training programs, develop performance appraisal programs, and conduct market research. Dr. Hill manages and conducts ACT's job analysis training program with specialized software applications in both paper and web delivered distance learning and on-site workshop delivery formats. Dr. Hill also played an integral role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of a two million dollar train-the-trainer environmental education and awareness program for the government.

Mason Holloway has an extensive professional background, including 15 years in senior management and consultative positions working in business consulting, business operations, sales, and human performance improvement (HPI). Most recently, working with partner Dennis Mankin, Holloway led the design and development team in the creation of Performance DNA, the most comprehensive and effective tool set for analyzing human performance.
