During the last few years, more and more organizations have been making greater efforts toward ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is a top priority in their day-to-day operations. This means that organizations are looking to do more than provide an annual compliance course on DEI. Instead, they’re looking at the fabric of their culture, operations, practices, and training to ensure employees are engaged, represented, and supported to do their best work.

The training industry is evolving just as quickly. Whether it’s to ensure diversity from a racial, ethnic, cultural, or accessibility standpoint, the need to consider DEI in what we do every day as learning professionals is becoming more important.

So, for this month’s Ask a Trainer video, I’m answering your questions about diversity, equity, and inclusion in training. Enjoy!
