Please provide a brief summary of your chat:
I will hold a Q&A about Real World Training Design focused on time-saving templates. The format will largely be Q&A, but I will have some prepared content.  I will be speaking about effective tools for dealing with time, cost, and quality constraints on training projects.

How is your perspective on this topic different from what else is out there
I take a very practical, tool-based approach to design that can be applied to ANY design process.

What should readers of your book come away with?
Dozens of ideas on how to improve the quality of the work they deliver, in less time and using less resources - all while making stakeholders happy.

What should people know about you?
I love to help practitioners find that ONE THING that will make them happier and more productive.

What do you like best about ICE?
The limitless potential for developing yourself.

Why did you choose to publish a book?
I found myself having the same conversations with newer ISDs over and over again.  I thought, "This should be in a book somewhere."  I chose ASTD because of my existing relationship with some of the people there.

What is your favorite business book? Why?
Resonate by Nancy Duarte is one of the books that changed the way I think about communication, publishing, and inspiring a shared vision.
