I've been at ATD for just under five years. ATD has offered me numerous opportunities to grow professionally and personally. ATD has a culture of learning, and we're encouraged to participate in professional development, webinars, and certificate programs that interest us, whether directly related to our current role or not. ATD has embraced my love of technology and allowed me to develop our process for virtual program platforms, mobile apps, and event technologies. The conference team is extremely high-performing and collaborative, allowing us to produce exceptional large and small meetings, virtual or in-person.
