Seventy-nine companies have earned a prestigious BEST Award this year for their achievements in solving business challenges through talent development practices. As part of the BEST Award competition, organizations submit quantitative and qualitative information about their TD programs and practices. A group of experts in the field then assesses the applications using a rigorous blind review process. The global program recognizes companies that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through TD.
