1/3 of US employers reported they effectively managed the risk associated with changing work conditions, digitalization, and alternative sources of talent during the past three years. Employers that are prepared for greater use of: Digitalization and automation (US: 22%; Global: 33%); Alternative talent (US: 28%; Global: 21%) Of the employers prepared for increased alternative talent, nearly 2/5 are redesigning the employee experience to align with new work and career models. US employers that automate some of their work in 2020 (51%), in 2023 (65%), by 2026 (74%).
