Business leaders' top fear is facing their industry's equivalent of Uber.
"Getting Uber-ized" or "Having Uber syndrome." That, according to a new survey from IBM, is many executives' greatest fear. It's also known as disruptive innovation—when a digital start-up turns an entire industry on its head, making traditional business models and the companies that subscribe to them obsolete, the way Uber did for the taxi industry.
