Casting a Wider Net to Fill Talent Gaps

With the skills gap expanding, many employers are investing in AI over their people.

A recent Wiley Education Services and Future Workplace report, Closing the Skills Gap 2019, found that 64 percent of respondents believed their organization has a skills gap. The study polled 600 HR leaders and built upon polling data from 2018, at which time 52 percent of companies reported a skills gap.
