Close Encounters: Using Scenario Training to Handle Difficult Employees

One of the biggest challenges faced by both new and experienced trainers is ensuring that employees apply the skills they learn to their jobs. Post-tests measure learners' understanding of the content of a specific training program but do not address their potential reluctance to actually practice these skills at work.

On-the-job training is a much more difficult training tool, especially when teaching managers how to deal with employees who are causing some distractions in the office. Eigh
