Coaching Increases Communication, Employee Engagement, and Productivity, Study Finds

Few organizations avail themselves of all three coaching types.

While a mere 27 percent of organizations heavily incorporate coaching into their talent development portfolios, doing so is highly advantageous. Emphasizing, measuring, and recognizing coaching as a valuable skill is associated with organizational benefits such as improved communication, heightened engagement, and elevated performance.
