Company Culture Trumps Salary for College Grads
Sixty percent of the 2015 graduates surveyed said they would prefer to work at a company with a positive social atmosphere and take a lower salary versus getting paid more at a company that is less fun.

In a survey of recent college graduates, consulting firm Accenture found that while salary is still an important factor in choosing an employer, many graduates say that company culture is more important.
