It's no different at work, where companies use personalized learning to help employees develop new skills around individual needs. However, some talent development functions might feel unable to offer these programs for want of resources: 16 percent have annual budgets of $10,000 or less, according to the ATD Research report Evaluating Learning: Getting to Measurements That Matter.
