Developing the primary learner persona (PLP) is one of the first steps to using Agile methodology for an instructional design project, explains Megan Torrance in the November 2014 issue of TD at Work. "By identifying the PLP as a realistic person, the project team and project sponsors have an easier time relating the PLP to an actual learner."
