Empowering frontline stakeholders to develop their own workplace curriculum can lead to greater adoption of the solution.

At the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), frontline stakeholders recently developed a curriculum for their economists without the direction of a curriculum design expert. To make the curriculum more meaningful and relevant to its potential users, BLS adopted a user-design approach to develop the curriculum.
